1 Corinthians 3: 10 "Master Builder foundation" - He was used of God to establish the groundwork for churches in Asia Minor, Macedonia, and Greece. Others (Timothy, Apollos) built the churches from his foundation by grace. (vv7:15; Rm 15:18; Eph 3: 7,8; Col 1:29)

"Each one" - Refers primarily to evangelists and pastor-teachers.

1 Corinthians 3: 11 "No other foundation" - Paul did not design the foundation, he only laid it down by preaching Christ. (1 Peter 2: 6-8)

1 Corinthians 3: 12 "Gold, silver, precious stones" - His quality materials represent dedicated, spiritual service to build the church.

1 Corinthians 3: 12 "Wood, hay, straw" - Refers to inferior materials implying shallow activity which has no eternal value. Important note: This does not indicate that the shallow activity is evil, but rather is not an activity which is consistent with building on Gods plan, The Church.

1 Corinthians 3: 13 "The Day"`- Refers to the Judgement Seat of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:10,11NKJ)

1 Corinthians 3: 13 "Revealed by fire" - The fire of Gods discerning judgement. (Job 23:10; Zech. 13:9; 1 Pet 1:17; Rev 22:12)

1 Corinthians 3: 14 "Endures" - All that which has been accomplished in His power and glory to build The Church will survive (Matt 25: 21,23; 2 Cor 5:9; Phil 3:13,14; 1Thes 2:19,20; 2 Tim 4:7,8; James 1:12; 1 Pet 5:4; Rev 22:12)

1 Corinthians 3: 14 "Reward" - Revelation 22:12

This is not judgement for sin. Christ has paid that price (Rom 8:1), so that no true believer will ever be judged for sin. This is to determine eternal reward (cf. 4:5, "each ones praise").
Submit to the Lord

Walk in the power of the Holy Spirit

Be a functional and empowered member of the Body of Christ

That your works may be enduring and produce Gold, Silver, Precious Stones

That you may lay them at the Feet of Him WHO is Worthy

WILL BE THE LIGHT OF IT AND THERE SHALL BE NO NIGHT THERE.
