Automatic Bank Withdrawals

Automatic Bank Withdrawals enable you to specify an amount which will be automatically withdrawn either weekly or monthly from your checking or savings account. There is no charge for using this program and you may cancel your automatic contributions at any time.

To use this tool, please complete and sign the automatic withdrawal form and present it to your bank.

Your first automatic contribution will occur about two weeks after the bank receives your completed form. You will receive no notification from your bank other than a deduction on your bank statement, but you will receive a tax receipt from UPI for each contribution.
